Duncan O’Neill is a Special Adviser and Consultant at Towerhouse LLP.
Duncan has 20 years of cross-sector experience in economic regulation and competition. He recently worked with Heathrow as Director of Regulatory Strategy, and prior to that, as Head of Regulatory and Competition (Appeals) with Openreach (BT).
He holds economics degrees from the University of Wales and (post graduate) degrees from Staffordshire and City University.
