Rachel joined Towerhouse LLP in February 2018 as Office Manager and progressed to Practice Manager, reflecting her significant contribution to the firm’s growth and development.
She leads the day-to-day management of the business, with responsibility for HR, finance and operational oversight. Working closely with the partners, Rachel supports the firm’s strategic direction and ensures the practice operates efficiently, effectively and to a high professional standard.
