Rosio joined Towerhouse in September 2015 as a paralegal. Since joining the firm Rosio’s has gained in depth knowledge in economic regulated sectors and price regulation. While mainly focusing on the electronic communications regulatory field, Rosio also been involved in advising Towerhouse clients in the energy, water, payment services and civil aviation sector.
While at Towerhouse Rosio has had extensive exposure in advising overseas clients such as international telecommunications providers and National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) on a range of legal and policy matters including structural separation of a major Latin American national incumbent and advising various NRAs on best regulatory practice relating to matters such as legal separation and public management and enforcement. Rosio has also been involved in advising overseas clients on international litigation proceedings and comparative regulatory matters.
Rosio was part of the Towerhouse team involved in the successful BCMR appeal in the CAT and the NDR price control reference at the CMA. Rosio has worked on projects liaising with Government and Ofcom on behalf of industry on the impact of Brexit on the domestic legal framework for electronic communications.
Rosio holds an MSc in Regulation specialising in economic regulation of network industries from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), a Bachelor of Laws and International Law degree from the University of Sheffield (including a year at the University of Copenhagen). She completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in 2016. Rosio completed her training contract at Towerhouse. She is a native Spanish speaker and has fluent professional proficiency in Italian.
