Rosio joined Towerhouse in September 2015. Since joining the firm Rosio’s most relevant work has been in contentious telecommunications matters at the Competition Appeals Tribunal and in projects influencing policy-making on behalf of our clients; ranging from tabling legislative amendments to advising stakeholders on various public consultations. Rosio has been involved in advising overseas telecommunications providers on a number of domestic competition and telecommunications law reform matters. She provides editorial assistance to the Sweet & Maxwell Global Telecommunications Law and Practice book and carries out secretariat work for the UK Competitive Telecommunications Association (UKCTA).
Rosio holds an MSc in Regulation specialising in network industries from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), a Bachelor of Laws and International Law degree from the University of Sheffield (including a year at the University of Copenhagen). She completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in 2016 and is currently a trainee solicitor at Towerhouse. Rosio is a native Spanish speaker and has fluent proficiency in Italian.
